Delivery & Returns
Delivery to an address in Singapore is free of charge. We will endeavour to deliver your item to you within 1 to 3 days for the time your order is submitted. The exception being commissioned pieces. We will confirm the date and delivery time with you directly. These timeframes can vary during certain times of the year such as Christmas and Public Holidays.
International shipping is calculated at check out. The cost is determined by the size and weight of the painting, as well as the delivery location. Larger works may require unique crating or packaging materials to ship. Please allow one (1) to three (3) weeks for your order to arrive. Roza Design is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Roza Design can never guarantee a delivery date.
All artworks and jewellery ship within one (1) to two (2) business days, the exception being commissioned pieces. When your work has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment.
Once you have been notified that your work has shipped, you can use the tracking number provided to track the estimated delivery date.
If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email within seven (7) days following the date of your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help investigate your order status.
Roza Design is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
Taxes & Duties
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
All of our designs are handmade in our Singapore studio and undergo careful quality control before being shipped.
If you have any other issues pertaining to the item, please contact us before leaving any feedback so that we can work with you to best resolve any issues.
Original Artwork Return Policy
Colours of artworks may differ slightly from the photographs of the artworks as featured on our website (due to the nature of the screen on your device). We will not be able to accept the return of artwork for this reason. We only accept returns for artworks damaged during shipping. Send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we will review your request and get back to you within 2 working days.
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take a digital photo of the item and of the shipping packaging it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, however, that shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once you have accepted and signed for delivery, returns are not allowable.
We do not offer refunds for commissioned pieces.
Jewellery Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing fault present. Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons or for any items where you have changed your mind or decided you did not like the purchase.
Our policy lasts seven (7) days from the date of order received. If seven (7) days have gone by since your parcel was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you wish to return a jewellery piece, please contact us by email at email@example.com within seven (7) days of the date of order received. Please include in your email, the order number, a picture of the item and a reason for your return. Your request will be reviewed within twenty-four (24) working hours for a response. Once a request to return an item has been approved, you will receive an email notification and instructions.
Our jewellery is handmade and as a result, may have minor imperfections. Some items will vary slightly from the one picture in the listing due to the handmade nature of our design process. Return, exchange or refund will not be offered for slight variations or imperfections in all handcrafted jewellery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings for hygiene reasons.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please contact us if you would like us to create a custom design for you. We will consult with you to create an artwork that fits your requirements and space. Custom pieces take 2 to 4 weeks to complete. 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required and the balance is required upon completion of the artwork. Shipping is an additional cost if required.
Roza Design reserves the right to photograph and reproduce photographs of Roza art or sections thereof, as prints at any time.
